By downloading, installing, or using Clutch Intelligence, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

Clutch Intelligence is a voice-powered AI gaming companion application for Windows that provides real-time coaching, voice commands, clip management, and system control features. The service is currently in beta and functionality may change.

Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) at the rate shown at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change with advance notice to subscribers.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access to paid features until then. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

You agree not to use Clutch Intelligence to violate any applicable laws, infringe on third-party rights, reverse-engineer or tamper with the application, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.

All content, trademarks, and software associated with Clutch Intelligence are the property of Clutch Intelligence and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

Clutch Intelligence is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the service will be free of errors or defects. As a beta product, features and availability may change without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Clutch Intelligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the app. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
